The first time I walked through the hallways of this three story condo building it was vaguely depressing. Its not that it was run down. It just lacked character and looked out of date. Surprisingly, the crown moulding which already existed just wasn't creating enough visual interest-probably because the long hallways seemed to go on and on and on...
The carpeting is being replaced and lighting upgraded, but already this is a much more welcoming environment. And considering that this building used to be an apartment building, like so many other condo buildings around Los Angeles county, this Pasadena property now seems like it is catching up to the present.
